What are the steps to get into treatment at MVR?

1. Submit a Referral

Click the button below to get started with MVR. This form will go directly to our intake department. MVR Intake will get back to you in right away to get started!

Tell us your story…

Our Intake Coordinator will reach out to help you map out your next steps. We connect with hundreds of people every month struggling from addiction and help them navigate their journey.

Complete Screening / Confirm Insurance

During your screening, the intake coordinator will develop an understanding of your clinical needs. You will be asked questions regarding mental state, physical limitations, and any medical conditions you may have. You will also discuss payment by insurance or other payment methods.

Plan your stay / Transportation to MVR

At this stage you will discuss the logistics involved with helping you attend treatment. We will also schedule your admission (bed date), provide you a packing list, and any assistance you may need to get to treatment successfully. *Pick-up is available in special circumstances.

Arrive at MVR Intake

Once you arrive at MVR, our intake coordinator will take you through a the final paperwork, baggage search and assignment to group. Your intake coordinator is there to help you get settled, so you can begin treatment.

Payment Options

Use Private or Medicaid Health Insurance
An MVR admissions professional will confirm if treatment services are covered by the client’s insurance provider using the referral form. There is no obligation to enter treatment following insurance verification.

Using Credit or Debit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards to help you pay for your care.
